Article 10: Alterations to the Constitution

Alterations, which may take the form of additional Articles and modification or excision of existing Articles, may be made by the Council, and must be approved by two-thirds of those present and voting; alterations may be proposed by three or more members of the Council in writing to the Secretary at least three months before the date of the next Council meeting.
