Article 7: Meetings of EUROPACAT

1. The Council having approved a venue for a forthcoming EUROPACAT, the Officers shall appoint a Chairman for the Organising Committee of the EUROPACAT who, in consultation with the Officers and the national catalysis organisation or other sponsoring organisation (Article 2(a)), shall appoint such other officers and members to the Committee as he sees fit;
2. The Chairman shall provide the Officers with regular reports on progress in planning the next EUROPACAT and at least 1½ years before its start shall submit for their approval a full statement on the proposed programme and its budget. The Organising Committee will have full autonomy in respect of local arrangements, publicity, sponsorship, etc.
