Article 3: Duties of the Council

The affairs of EFCATS shall be conducted by a Council the duties of which shall be:

1. To promote the objectives of the Federation as set out in Article 1;
2. To determine which country shall host the next EUROPACAT, and to approve the date and location;
3. To maintain continuity of experience in administering the affairs of EFCATS;
4. To meet, at least annually. One meeting being normally held during EUROPACAT.
